§ 4114.703. Issuance of an OCILB licensed specialty contractor registration.

(A)

Only upon the submission of a complete application for an OCILB licensed specialty contractor registration, shall the department issue to such applicant an OCILB licensed specialty contractor registration. The expiration of an OCILB licensed specialty contractor registration shall coincide with the specialty license issued by the OCILB.

(B)

The continued validity or renewal of an OCILB licensed specialty contractor registration is dependent upon the continued maintenance of all the following:

(1)

A current, valid OCILB specialty contractor license and its required liability insurance coverage; and

(2)

The required city bond.
