§ 4123.37. Conformity to site drainage plan.

Construction authorized by a building permit shall proceed only in conformance to the site drainage plan. No person may alter an approved site drainage plan without first receiving the written approval of the department. No person may alter the topography or grade of any lot so as to prevent proper drainage of surface water to the street, existing storm sewers or surface water drainage systems; or to divert surface water onto adjacent property.
