§ 4191.06. Scope.

The standards and criteria shall be applied to construction of new residential or noise-sensitive non-residential uses, and to those improvements included in reconstruction or remodeling of, or addition to, an existing building of the type mentioned above. Where noise-sensitive activities are carried on in only a portion of a new or reconstructed non-residential building, only those areas judged noise-sensitive need be protected.
