§ 4191.07. Structures requiring protection.

Structures to be protected shall include, but are not limited to:
(A)

All residential structures (OBC R-1, R-2, R-3 and R-4 occupancies); and

(B)

The portion of nonresidential structures where noise-sensitive activities are conducted within the building or which are open to one or more members of the public, e.g., offices, reception areas, libraries, research facilities, meeting rooms, and similar activities.
