§ 4309.11. Horizon year and time period.

(A)

Each traffic impact study shall address traffic conditions in the horizon year.

(B)

If the proposed development is to be implemented in phases, each major phase shall be analyzed at the appropriate horizon year.

(C)

For each defined horizon year, specific peak time periods related to the land use proposed shall be analyzed.
