§ 4521.01. Kitchen sink.

In every dwelling unit there shall be a kitchen sink in good working condition, properly connected to a public water and sewer system or to a water and sewer system approved by the health commissioner, and which is capable of providing at all times a reasonable amount of heated and unheated running water.
