§ 4707.07. Reoccupancy of building.

No building or structure which has been placarded as a public nuisance or a hazardous building in accordance with this Nuisance Abatement Code, shall again be used for human habitation or use until approval is secured from and such placard is removed by, the Director. The Director shall remove, or cause to be removed, such placard whenever the defects upon which the declaration and posting or placarding action were based have been eliminated.
