§ 501.14. License transfers.

(A)

No license may be assigned or transferred to another person or place without the assignor and assignee or the transferor and transferee first acquiring the express written approval of the section. If such approval is acquired, it shall be noted on the face of the license.

(B)

Unless otherwise provided in the city codes, the fee for the assignment or transfer of a license shall be fifty dollars ($50.00). No license shall be assigned or transferred more than one (1) time during the license period.
