§ 501.99. Code penalty.

Whoever violates any provisions of this Business Regulation and Licensing Code, where another penalty is not provided, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned for not more than six (6) months, or both. Any such violation shall constitute a separate offense on each successive day continued.
