§ 517.04. Fee; bond.

The Section of Licenses is authorized to grant a license to any person of good character upon the payment by such person into the city treasury the sum of one hundred twenty dollars ($120.00) and executing a bond to the city in the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), and with sufficient sureties, conditioned for a faithful observance of the ordinances of the city.
