§ 523.15. Obstruction of public right-of-way.

  • In addition to other provisions of this chapter, peddlers, solicitors or canvassers shall not obstruct pedestrian or vehicular traffic upon any sidewalk, driveway, street, road, alley or other public right-of-way. Peddlers, solicitors or canvassers leaving less than five (5) feet of space available for pedestrian traffic on a sidewalk shall be considered obstruction of pedestrian traffic.
