§ 535.14. Exceptions.

This chapter shall not apply to any sale conducted by a government agency, any sale conducted by an executor or administrator pursuant to an expressed order or process of a court of competent jurisdiction, or to any isolated sale conducted by a duly licensed auctioneer selling at auction, unless the auction sale is conducted for more than two days in any sixty day period.
