§ 540.09. Revocation or suspension of massage registration.

(A)

The Section of Licenses may revoke or suspend a massage registration where it finds that the registrant has been convicted of any violation of Chapter 2907 of the Ohio Revised Code or any similar state or local law or has been convicted of any crime related to the operation of any massage or bath establishment.

(B)

The suspension or revocation of a massage registration shall be pursuant to the provisions of this chapter and Chapter 501 of the Columbus City Codes and the appeal of any such order shall be pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 505 of the Columbus.
