§ 573.139. Operation on private property.

(a)

No individual or organization shall operate or cause to be operated any mobile food vending unit on private property within the corporate limits of the city of Columbus without meeting the licensing and fee requirements of this chapter, unless otherwise exempted by this chapter.

(b)

Operation of a mobile food vending unit on private property must be in compliance with all applicable zoning requirements related to commercial activity on private property.
