§ 587.03. Application information.

Applications shall be made to the Director upon forms provided by the License Section and shall set forth:

(a)

The name and address of the applicant;

(b)

The applicant's business name;

(c)

The make, model, year and interior space of the vehicle for which the license is desired;

(d)

The seating capacity which shall be determined by the number of manufacturer installed safety belts or permanent fasteners and safety restraints for wheelchair specialty vehicles; and

(e)

The design, color scheme, lettering and marks proposed to be used on such vehicles in accordance with C.C.C. 591.03, 592.03 and 594.07(b)(11).

The Director has the authority to request additional information to clarify the applicant's application when necessary.
