§ 587.15. Evidence of liability protection.

Evidence of liability protection as required under Section 587.14 may be given by filing any of the following:

(a)

A policy of insurance pursuant to Section 587.16;

(b)

A bond pursuant to Section 587.17(a);

(c)

A liability agreement pursuant to Section 587.17(b); and

(d)

A combination of an insurance policy pursuant to Section 587.16 and a liability agreement pursuant to Section 587.17(b) provided that the deposit required pursuant to Section 587.17(b) shall be an amount equal to the deductible amount of the insurance policy.
