§ 594.13. Carriage horse identification.

  • (a)

    Each horse shall be identified by a brand, mark or tag uniquely identifying the horse and shall be filed by the company with the City veterinarian and the Director.

    (b)

    An identification card with a photograph shall be issued for each licensed horse. The identification card shall be displayed in the carriage anytime the horse is at work.

    (c)

    The company shall submit annually two (2), 3&Prime × 5″, full body, non-polaroid photographs of each horse to be licensed. The photograph shall be distinct enough to show any identifying markings on the horse.
