§ 597.97. Fees, Terms

(A)

The following schedule sets forth applicable license fees and terms for Alarm User Licenses and Alarm Dealer Licenses:

The following schedule sets forth applicable false alarm service fees for licensed and unlicensed alarm users:

(C)

All fees, once processed, shall be nonrefundable.

(D)

Payments made via the City's alarm website, or over the phone will be required to pay a convenience fee of $2.00 per transaction.

(E)

Additional administrative fees may be assessed by the Director pursuant to the Director's authority to promulgate rules and regulations under Chapter 501.
