§ 701.03. Purpose.

The purpose of this code is to protect the health, safety and welfare of all persons and occupants of all premises and to prevent the blighting of city neighborhoods by establishing minimum standards relative to:

(A)

The sanitary maintenance of premises;

(B)

The control and abatement of solid waste and litter;

(C)

The control and abatement of weeds;

(D)

Noxious weeds and rank growth;

(E)

The sanitary maintenance of animals;

(F)

The control and abatement of rodents;

(G)

Insects, vermin or other pests; and

(H)

The control and abatement of public nuisances.
