§ 701.17. Prohibition against failure to comply with notice of violation.

(A)

No owner or person having charge or authority over a violation of this Health, Sanitation and Safety Code shall fail to comply with any notice of violation of the department of development for a violation of this Health, Sanitation and Safety Code, obstruct or interfere with the execution of such order, or omit to obey such notice of violation.

(B)

No person shall fail to comply within the time specified in a notice of violation after receiving notification of being in violation of this Health, Sanitation and Safety Code.
