§ 907.03. Even and odd numbers—Spacing.

The even numbers shall be upon the east and north sides of the streets and avenues and the odd numbers upon the south and west sides of same, allowing not more than fifteen (15) feet, streets and alleys included, for each number. Where entrances are so congested as to require it, the half numbers shall be used.
