§ 911.01. Composition; terms.

There is created an advisory subcommission to the recreation and parks commission to be known and designated as the Columbus horticultural subcommission composed of eleven (11) members who may be either residents or nonresidents of the city and new members shall be appointed by the mayor, with the concurrence of council to serve as members without compensation, for the term of five (5) years, and until their successors are appointed and qualified.
