§ 911.02. Organization of subcommission; by-laws and rules.

The organization of the Columbus horticultural subcommission shall be as follows:
There shall be a chairman and a vice-chairman elected by the subcommission from its members at its first meeting. The chairman shall not serve as chairman or member of any other subcommittee or subcommission.

The subcommission shall meet monthly at such time and place as it shall decide and shall meet at such special meetings as shall be called by the chairman after twenty-four (24) hours' notice to each member.

The subcommission shall adopt such by-laws and rules and regulations as are not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter and which shall be filed with the clerk of the city.
