§ 915.02. Members.

The Franklin Park Conservatory subcommission shall be composed of seventeen (17) citizens of the county of Franklin, to be appointed by the mayor with the concurrence of council. Each member will serve without compensation, for the term of three (3) years, and until his/her successor is appointed and qualified. However, the initial subcommission appointments shall be as follows: six (6) members shall serve for three (3) years; six (6) members shall serve for two (2) years; and five (5) members shall serve for one (1) year.
