§ 922.02. Authority.

(A)

The director of public service shall promulgate reasonable rules and regulations to carry out the provisions of this chapter. The authority granted to the director to promulgate such rules and regulations shall include the authority to establish permit fees.

(B)

The director of the public service department, the director of the department of public safety, the director of the department of development, the health commissioner, and their designees shall have the authority to enforce this chapter of code.
