§ 951.05. Duties of commission.

The duties of the Riverfront commission shall be as follows:
To study the problems and determine the needs of the city relating to the orderly development of the Riverfront Area in accordance with the riverfront development plan;

To advise the mayor, members of council, and other city officials of the needs of the city pertaining to the Riverfront Area;

To correlate and co-ordinate the program of development prepared for the Riverfront Area and to advise the city officials concerning the expenditure of moneys and the methods of finance available for the development of the Riverfront Area.
