§ 1145.80. Applicability of 1145.80—1145.86.

The provisions of Columbus City Codes Sections 1145.80—1145.86 shall be applicable to all premises within the City of Columbus. These sections shall also be applicable to premises outside of the City of Columbus which are tributary to the city sewer system, where the political subdivision in which the premises are located has by contract with the City of Columbus specifically agreed that the stormwater provisions of Columbus City Code 1145 will be applicable within that political subdivision and where the political subdivision has adopted the provisions of Columbus City Code Sections 1145.80—1145.86 as a regulation of that political subdivision.
