The director may issue permits governing the quantity and quality of stormwater being
discharged from premises within the City of Columbus and where applicable, from premises
outside of the City of Columbus which are tributary to the city sewer system. The
director may issue permits under this section in conjunction with permits issued pursuant
to Columbus City Codes Sections 1145.40 to 1145.49. Where a permit is issued in conjunction with permits issued pursuant to Columbus
City Codes Sections 1145.40 to 1145.49, the permit will be subject to the provisions of Columbus City Codes Section 1145.44. Except for permits subject to the provisions of Columbus City Codes Section 1145.44, any action of the director issuing, denying, modifying, or revoking a permit pursuant
to this section may be appealed pursuant to the provisions of Columbus City Codes Section 1145.94.
