§ 1507.06. Refuse and garbage regulations.

The lessees or occupants of stalls, stands, benches or wagons in the various market houses and market spaces of the City shall not litter the floors of such houses, streets or sidewalks with any refuse matter of any kind whatever, and such lessees or occupants shall provide a suitable vessel, tub, barrel, basket or box to hold all the garbage, rubbish, waste paper or other refuse which accumulates or may accumulate at such stalls, stands, benches or wagons, and shall remove the same at the close of the markets.
