§ 1507.07. Sanitation regulation.

Lessees or occupants of stalls, stands, or benches shall keep the same in a clean and sanitary condition, and shall not permit the accumulation of any offal, filth or rubbish or any offensive matter whatever, and all butchers and meat dealers shall cause their stands, tables or counters, meat blocks and hooks to be thoroughly cleaned.
