§ 127.03. Absence and disability construed; revoked.

  • For purposes of the above provisions, the treasurer shall not be deemed absent or disabled unless said officer, or a person authorized by him to do so, has officially notified the deputy treasurer and the city clerk of such absence or disability, in writing, or the treasurer has not reported to his office by 10:00 A.M. on any respective working day. Said absence or disability status shall be revoked upon the treasurer presenting himself for duty at his office and giving the notice hereinafter provided.
