§ 127.04. Return from disability or absence; duty of treasurer to notify.

Upon return from a disability or absence, the treasurer shall immediately notify the city clerk and the deputy treasurer of his return, in writing. Said disability or absence shall not be deemed revoked until and unless these notice requirements are satisfied and the treasurer has presented himself for duty at his office.
