§ 165.03. Monthly mileage reports.

The operator, or in case of the operation by more than one, then the head of the department, division or agency using any motor vehicle owned by the city, shall make a monthly report to the Municipal Garage of the mileage of such vehicle, such report to be made on or before the tenth of the following month.
