§ 165.04. Required records.

  • It shall be the duty of the head of each department, division or agency using any motor vehicle owned by the city to keep a daily record of the names of the persons operating or using each vehicle. It shall be the duty of the keeper or superintendent of the Municipal Garage to keep a detailed record, by vehicle number, of all expenditures made on motorized equipment repaired and maintained at the Municipal Garage, specifying the purpose for which each and all expenditures are made. It shall be the duty of each department head to maintain that record on all motorized equipment not repaired or maintained by the Municipal Garage.
