§ 2329.05. Negligent placing of objects.

(A)

No person shall negligently place or permit to be placed or permit to remain upon a window sill; in an open window; upon the front or top of any structure that faces any street or other public place, any object unless that object is securely attached, fastened or secured so that it is prohibited from falling.

(B)

Whoever violates this section is guilty of negligently placing of objects, a misdemeanor of the third degree.
