§ 4116.05. Duties of applicant.

Applicants shall be conversant and comply with all applicable city ordinances, rules and regulations, standards, procedures, and processes relating to development requirements. Applicants shall submit complete plats and plans. Plans and plats shall address all review comments in writing.
