§ 597.12. Reinstatement of a Revoked Alarm User License

Latest version.

(A)

Any Alarm User License that has been revoked for any reason shall pay the following fees prior to reinstatement:

(1)

Reinstatement fee pursuant to Section 597.97; and

(2)

All outstanding false alarm service fees pursuant to Section 597.97.

(B)

The Director has the authority to require a corrective action plan submitted by the alarm user prior to reinstatement.
