§ 917.02. Integral part of recreation and parks.

To accomplish the purpose declared in 917.01 the operation, management and control of the Park of Roses, Whetstone Park, is created and established as an integral part of recreation and parks, and recreation and parks shall exercise the functions and duties set forth in this chapter.
